Transfer to FSU Campus
- Conference participants will stay in the Azalea Residence Hall (824 W Jefferson Street, Tallahassee) https://housing.fsu.edu/current-residents/residence-halls#/azalea
- You will be able to use Uber, Lyft, or taxis for your transfer to FSU’s campus (or to your hotel); the ride from the airport will take approximately 15 minutes.
TCR Pre-Conference Workshop with Madhu Viswanathan: “Looping Through Transformative Research, Education, and Societal Impact: An Immersive, Interactive Workshop”, 2- 5 p.m.

- This workshop is optional and free-of-charge.
- Please sign-up when you register for the conference.
Welcome Reception, 6 – 9 p.m.
- Shuttle busses will depart from Azalea Residence Hall (824 W. Jefferson Street) at 5:45 p.m.

Working Session 3, 8:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Lunch, 12:00 – 1:45 p.m.
Departure for those attendees who chose not to stay for the optional day.
All others: TCR ENCORE Excursion to Wakulla Springs (weather permitting), app. 1:45 – 6:00 p.m.

- You can add an ‘open-air’ work session in this beautiful state park and/or go on a boat tour to see some of its natural beauty(e.g. alligators) (we recommend this boat tour!).
- Please note: a charge of $ 125 applies for this additional conference day and the excursion (this fee is due when you register for the conference).
7:30 p.m.: Small-Group Dinners in Tallahassee: We will make reservations for small groups in multiple restaurants (walking distance to campus; this dinner is not covered by conference fees).
